Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Oddbox Market and our mission to reduce food waste.
How do you source your produce?
We work directly with farmers and growers to rescue 'odd' produce that is too small, too large, or simply surplus. This helps prevent perfectly good food from going to waste due to strict supermarket aesthetic standards.
When will my Oddbox be delivered?
We deliver to different postcodes on specific days of the week to minimize our carbon footprint. Once you enter your address at checkout, you will see your assigned delivery night.
Can I exclude specific items from my box?
Yes! You can manage 'exclusions' in your account settings. If there is a particular fruit or vegetable you do not like, simply add it to your exclusion list and we will swap it for something else.
What should I do if my produce arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packing, fresh produce can sometimes be fragile. If any item arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or credit.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Absolutely. Our boxes are 100% recyclable and plastic-free whenever possible. We are constantly working with our suppliers to find the most eco-friendly ways to protect your groceries.
How does the subscription work?
Oddbox Market operates on a flexible subscription basis. You can choose a weekly or fortnightly delivery and have the freedom to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your cutoff deadline.
